Santhosh Kumar, Director of KS Institute of Leadership Skills, is a seasoned leader with over 36 years of engineering and business expertise, including 14 years worked with international oil & gas projects with ADMA OPCO, Kuwait Oil Company, and Qatar Petroleum.
 

An M.Tech in Power System Engineering and a Chartered Engineer, he also holds global certifications in ISO standards, Six Sigma, FoSTEC, Artificial Intelligence, and Agentic AI. Formerly Sr. Vice President at Dr. Amin Controllers Pvt. Ltd., he has excelled in strategic business development, operational excellence, and risk analysis.
